CSP (Precision Stainless Steel for Spring)
Making 304 and 301 harder and higher-strength by cold rolling process. It is widely used from mobile phone to automobile.
Automobile parts like Engine Head Gaskets, Exhaust Gasket, Electric components, Computer component, Oil & Gas industries Products.
Tin Plate
An attractive surface finish and features excellent corrosion resistance, formability, lacquer ability, printability, strength, solderability, weldability and lastly, is beautiful in appearance.
It is widely used in a broad range of applications such as food cans, non carbonated cans, ornament containers, crowns and screw caps, aerosol cans as well as electrical parts and other general cans.

Our slitting services will respond efficiently to customer’s request with wide variety of steel grades and ISO9001:2015 registered facilities. Supporting many different fields of customers from Automotive industries to Mobile phone components.

We are able to supply high-quality precision slitting from 5mm to 1500mm width.

Various grades is available as SUS304, SUS301 with finishing 2B and CSP(1/2H, 3/4H, FH).

We are able to supply hairline finish in extra ordinary direction. Also, we are able to polish and supply various types of Non-directional finish.

Technical Outline

Previously known as cold-rolling mill or, otherwise known as (tempering mill) Using methods such as etching, electric discharge and shot manufacturing techniques to level the stainless steel plate and to use the roll, apply pressure onto stainless steel plate to achieve flatness also, apply pushing onto the stainless plate to create particular embossed design.
